About the Role

We're seeking an innovative Marketing Director to drive growth, expand our online presence, and create engaging experiences for learners. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and execute strategic marketing plans, leveraging AI-powered insights to deliver high-impact campaigns across multiple channels.

  • You will be responsible for leading multiple growth channels, working closely with business leaders to identify opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
  • Maintain and expand successful growth channels, build processes for known channels that haven't been fully optimized, and generate novel ideas for rapid experimentation and validation.
  • Main contributor in building our business, shaping world-first use cases with AI technology.

This role requires:

  • High agency, leverage, and ability to create and follow through on own plans.
  • Ability to learn quickly, ramping up on new domains without heavy hand-holding and building internal tools to solve problems and gain leverage.
  • Highly analytical, comfortable with data analysis and financial concepts, mildly technical with understanding of LLMs and Martech.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to find unique ways to approach opportunities, not just standard digital marketing playbook.
What You Will Bring
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Confident using marketing platforms (e.g. CM360, Google Analytics, Search Console, Ad Manager CRM tools, dashboards) to drive decisions.
  • Skilled in marketing briefing, quality assurance, and performance optimisation.
  • Able to connect data and insights directly to creative, targeting, and messaging strategies.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and performance-led strategy, with senior-level experience in cross-functional leadership.
  • Proven ability to develop high-impact campaigns across a wide range of digital channels and platforms.
  • Commercially savvy with experience in building new business pipelines, developing partnerships, and presenting strategic growth plans.
  • Strong communicator with ability to manage both executive stakeholders and day-to-day teams across internal and external groups.
  • Passion for experimentation, data-led decision-making, and staying ahead of industry trends especially in media partnerships and platform innovation.
