Nobul, a leading recruitment agency, is partnering with an esteemed Building Certification company based in the heart of Sydney CBD to find a highly skilled Building Surveyor/Certifier.

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and determining building certifications, CCs, CDCs, OCs, and building certificates for various projects across commercial, residential, industrial, education, and government sectors.

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $90k-$105k + superannuation, dependent on experience, as well as annual reviews to support career development and reward hard work. Our client also provides full support in career advancement and financial assistance to continue studies in achieving higher NSW Fair Trading accreditation.

**About You:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Building Surveying/Certification in NSW.
  • Proficiency in assessing and determining CCs, CDCs, OCs, and Building Certificates for all classes of buildings in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • A tertiary qualification in Building Surveying or a related field.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Well-organized with a high attention to detail.
  • Proven experience working across diverse projects.
