Workforce Partnering Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with people leaders to provide expert advice on all workforce-related matters. You will also be responsible for managing comprehensive case management, enhancing capability amongst people leaders, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Partner with people leaders to offer professional guidance on workforce-related issues while taking into account pertinent legislative frameworks, policies, procedures, and industrial instruments.
  • Manage end-to-end case management, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement training programs to build the capacity of people leaders and enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Support the growth and development of the HR Operations team by providing mentorship and expertise.
  • Ensure our organization maintains a safe working environment and adheres to industry standards.

To excel in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, 5 years' experience in a similar role within the financial services sector, and a deep understanding of core and best practice HR principles.
