Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory
  • Perform routine maintenance and complete service work - Reactive & Planned
  • Accurately maintain important service records of work performed
  • Partner with the company to maximise additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base


Role Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential
  • Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
