Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to adult and paediatric patients across a wide spectrum of trauma, surgical, medical, and mental health presentations.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective nursing care plans that meet individual patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated recent Acute Care experience with a minimum of 12 months Registered Nurse experience.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Current clinical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- A commitment to excellence in nursing practice and continuing professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Understanding of the professional, ethical, and legal requirements of the Registered Nurse.
