About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney's CBD. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a renowned boutique law firm that prioritizes delivering personalized and high-quality legal services to its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email, File, and Document Management: Ensure seamless communication and document organization to support our Partner-level team.
  • Client Liaison: Provide timely and accurate information while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Ad-Hoc Secretarial Duties: Assist with various tasks as needed to support daily operations.
  • Diary and Calendar Management: Coordinate appointments and meetings to efficiently manage the Partner's schedule.
  • Document Preparation and Correspondence: Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
  • End of Month Billing: Process billing statements and manage related financial documentation to contribute to the firm's financial efficiency.
  • Photocopying, Filing, and Archiving: Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring all documents are properly archived and easily retrievable.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A solid background in family law as a Legal Personal Assistant, with an understanding of the sensitive nature of the work involved.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all work is accurate and complies with legal standards.
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Initiative, confidence in making decisions, and proactive steps to support the firm's objectives.
  • Strong professional presentation and communication skills, representing the firm effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary package up to $130,000, dependent on experience, and a prime CBD location with easy access to public transportation and local amenities.
