Healthcare Professional Job Opportunity

We are seeking applications from qualified healthcare professionals for flexible casual positions in Bankstown.

The organization provides emergency aeromedical and allied health services for people in rural and remote Australia, making a significant impact on the community.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing patient assessments and interventions on-road, providing high-quality patient care and treatment during transport, developing positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders, and maintaining an understanding of relevant policies and procedures.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.

Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Paramedic or Division 1 Registered Nurse
  • Hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience working in the non-emergency patient transport sector is desirable
  • Knowledge of NSW NEPT service specifications is also desirable
  • Hold a FULL NSW Driver's licence and have the ability to drive in both city and country traffic conditions

Please note that availability to work shifts Monday – Friday with on-call weekend availability is required.
