Nurse Role

  • Care plan assessment
  • Medication management

  • Health and diabetes management

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality holistic nursing care in a community setting. This role involves:

  • Conducting client care assessments with a focus on Consumer Directed Care
  • Coordinate the provision of quality person-centred care according to the client's needs, service/care plans and available funding
  • General administration for documentation relating to client care and in alignment with AHPRA regulations and legislation

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A degree in Nursing (Registered)
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Australian National Police check
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Experience in assessing and planning care needs within the community
