
Accurate Healthcare Administrator

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of patient data within our Patient Administration System and Electronic Health Record.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve duplicate patient registrations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Health Information and Records Service team to ensure accurate and timely updates to key patient identifiers.
- Perform routine data quality checks and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Additionally, the Data Quality Officer will be responsible for supporting hybrid record management in preparation for system upgrades and providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience in an administrative or customer service position and/or knowledge and experience in health administrative functions.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise your workload so that you are able to meet deadlines.
- Proven attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
- Developed computer skills and/or experience with document imaging, patient administrations systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all facilities as required.
Furthermore, you will need to possess a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality principles and how they are applied in the hospital setting.
