Internal Audit Graduate Programme

We are seeking two graduates who have an eye for detail, enjoy problem-solving, and want to learn how businesses really work to join our Global Internal Audit function.

The opportunity

We are a global team of over 100 audit professionals who take a risk-based and data-led approach to drive our internal consultancy and valuable insights to Senior Management and the Board.

We provide independent assurance on Bupa's risk management and control environment and are focused on influencing positive change to help our stakeholders continuously improve and better achieve strategic objectives.

Our two-year graduate program is designed to equip you with the fundamental professional and personal skills needed to emerge as exceptional leaders.

You will gain hands-on experience and exposure to real-world projects, working alongside industry experts and receiving outstanding learning and development opportunities.

This is a 2-year permanent full-time program, based in Melbourne. You will be part of a high-performing and connected team.

As a member of our GIA team, you will participate in stakeholder discussions and make key audit decisions.

What do I need?

  • Be in the final year of a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or have completed university studies in the last 12 months at the time of your application.
  • Have relevant tertiary qualifications (business/commerce) with a strong academic record.
  • Have a desire to undertake professional qualifications (CA, CIA, ICAA, CPA, CISA, CIMA etc.).
  • Demonstrated communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
