Technical Product Lead

Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Engineer to drive the development of our internal tools and public-facing applications.
">- About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the technical direction of our company from the ground up. You will work on a mix of internal tools that drive efficiency across departments, and public-facing applications in the wealth management space.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing robust backend and frontend code with unit and feature tests
- Leading initiatives from discovery through to delivery, and owning the technical architecture and execution
- Striking a balance between ideal architecture and shipping fast, making pragmatic decisions
- Communicating project status to stakeholders through written and/or verbal updates
- Writing excellent technical documentation when needed, communicating ideas and problems effectively
- Conducting technical spikes to validate new approaches and identify limitations or bottlenecks early
- Monitoring post-launch metrics using tools like DataDog, and triaging or resolving bugs quickly
- Requirements:
You will have 2–5 years of professional experience as a software engineer, strong computer science fundamentals and programming knowledge relating to data structures and algorithms, and a solid grasp of web application architecture and how the internet works under the hood.
