Product Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Product Engineering Leader to own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of our team-owned product and platforms. As a leader, you will mentor engineers, dive deep into technical problems, and provide guidance on complex technology issues, leading a team of Software Engineers (20-40 Engineers across 2-4 scrum teams).

Your Expertise:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple software engineering teams.
  • A strong technical background preferably in Java-based technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a diverse team with a proven track record of delivering complex engineering initiatives.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and building scalable, maintainable, and performant web applications.
  • A solid understanding of computer science principles and education or equivalent experience.
