Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team based in the Shepparton area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, working collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic supports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload and provide timely, evidence-based therapeutic supports to clients
- Deliver speech pathology services to clients in schools, homes, and the broader community
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
- Assess clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and promote independence

- Possess a positive, can-do approach and mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks to make a real and lasting difference
- Strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders
- Current drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
