About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Disability Support Worker to join our team in Albury/Wodonga. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide excellent care and assistance to individuals with high physical support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and follow individual support plans.
  • Provide personal care, assistance with daily living, and community access.
  • Guide participants to explore and develop their personal interests and achieve goals.
  • Engage participants in enjoyable activities and promote a positive living environment.
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
  • Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19, including booster.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable car with comprehensive motor vehicle insurance.
  • Cert III in Disability, Community services, Nursing, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • First Aid certificate.
