Job Title: Complex Disability Support Worker Albury/Wodonga

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Albury/Wodonga. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide excellent care and assistance to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of physical and emotional stamina. You will work closely with our participants to develop and implement individualized support plans, providing assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing support and assistance to participants with complex needs, including behavior support, personal care, and daily living activities.
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each participant.
  • Assisting participants with community access, including outings and activities.
  • Providing guidance and companionship to participants, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Administering medication and adhering to individual support plans.
Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including booster.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable car with comprehensive motor vehicle insurance.
  • Cert III in Disability, Community Services, Nursing, or equivalent.
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • First Aid certificate.
