We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable team member to support our students and academic team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist with monitoring courses offered by the Academic Team and provide guidance to the Course Coordinator.
  • Coordinate with the Course Coordinator to ensure training and assessment meet industry standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in administration or customer service who is looking to develop their skills in the Vocational Education and Training sector.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in VET sector compliance (desirable)

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Academic Team
  • Coordinating with the Course Coordinator on course matters
