We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to provide administrative support services for student success.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of student support services.
- Offer high-level support to senior management, including preparing and distributing meeting papers and progress reports.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant college policies and procedures.
- Support students with their academic studies and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- A team player with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the education sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client focus.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or higher.
- Previous experience in an educational setting.

- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
