Retail Store Manager Job Description

As a retail store manager, you will lead a team and drive company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and train sales assistants and visual merchandisers.
  • Maintain high store presentation standards in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
  • Liaise with the stock allocator to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store.
  • Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports, and team compliance.

Requirements:
