Retail Store Manager

We're on the hunt for a Retail Store Manager to lead the #GhandaGang in Albury, NSW.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach and train a team of up to 10 team members
- Drive Ghanda values with your store team
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
- Liaise with Stock Allocator and manage stock levels to maximise return on floor space
- Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance
- Demonstrated leadership experience; leads from the front, empowers their team, and aligns with our organisational values
- Customer-first mindset, strong fundamentals, and a serious approach to retail
- Experience in a retail or hospitality role is preferred but not required; we value the right attitude
Born out of Torquay, VIC in the early 2000s with a mission to design and deliver affordable, high-quality garments. Ghanda Clothing is the largest 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand, with over 100 locations nationwide.
