The OpportunityWe are seeking an exceptional People & Performance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at Stratco and delivering high-value, consistent, and reliable HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide a consistent recruitment process across all business divisions.
- Work closely with the QLD leadership team to increase engagement and drive positive outcomes for our employees.
- Ensure that new team members have a positive and structured onboarding experience.
- Support a range of HR-related projects, driving their execution from conception to completion, providing HR support at all levels.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant HR qualifications are essential.
- Previous experience in a HR Business Partner capacity supporting a large organisation.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Experience supporting performance management processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
