Strategic HR Business Partner

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Stratco. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and delivering high-value HR solutions to our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide a consistent recruitment process across all business divisions.
- Work closely with the QLD leadership team to increase engagement and drive positive outcomes for our employees.
- Play a key role in ensuring that new team members have a positive and structured onboarding experience.
- Support a range of HR related projects, driving their execution from conception to completion, providing HR support at all levels.
About You
- Highly developed communication & interpersonal skills
- Relevant HR qualifications are essential
- Previous experience in a HR BP capacity supporting a large organisation
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Experience supporting performance management processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
