About this role:
As a gaming attendant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests by actively engaging with them and sharing your passion for our products.
A day in the life of a gaming attendant involves:
- Actively interacting with guests to provide exceptional customer service
- Completing machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a positive and engaging experience for guests
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient transactions
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
