Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Designer to lead the design and delivery of major commercial projects. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, this role will play a critical part in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies for multiple complex commercial projects.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Project Designer on commercial building projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to lead, mentor, and inspire team members.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
