Design Project Manager

The Design Studio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead its community facility and building projects program.
In this senior role, you will be focused on design excellence and responsible for managing complex projects, developing strategies and programs to support the design team, and leading collaboration in multi-disciplinary groups.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the design process for community and commercial building projects
- Develop and implement strategies to improve design quality and efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve problems and achieve design excellence
We're Looking For Someone With
A degree in Architecture with extensive experience in building design, project management, and team leadership. You should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to inspire design excellence.
This role offers a 19-day month rostered day off, and the successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment health declaration and criminal history check.
Key Qualifications:
- Architecture degree or equivalent
- Extensive experience in building design and project management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
