Job Opportunity:

A well-established interior design practice in Sydney seeks a seasoned senior designer with expertise in Multi-Residential projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will lead Multi-Residential projects from concept to completion, build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and team members, and ensure delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Multi-Residential projects from concept to construction
  • Build strong rapport with clients, consultants, and team members
  • Collaborate with the design team in a close-knit studio
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality details
  • Coordinate with Client, Consultants, and Suppliers
  • Produce beautiful documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on relevant projects
  • Excellent design sensitivity
  • Advanced Revit and/or strong ArchiCAD knowledge
  • Strong understanding of DAs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Developed skills in construction documentation and detailing
