Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable housing professional to manage tenancy and property services across our Darwin portfolio.

This is a practical, hands-on position dedicated to delivering high-quality property management solutions through effective tenant engagement and collaboration with stakeholders.

  • You will work closely with tenants, landlords, and service providers to achieve positive outcomes through strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and computer skills will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Balance the needs of tenants and landlords while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Manage tenancy support and landlord property requirements with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tenancy management practices and mandatory reporting requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and tenancy management practices.
  • Ability to balance competing demands and priorities.
  • Understanding of mandatory reporting requirements.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • Current Police Clearance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
