**The Role**

A rare opportunity has become available to join our incredibly strong Front of House team as the Weekend Front of House Leader. We are looking for someone driven and motivated, focused on driving business performance, who can build, develop and lead a high performing team, and most importantly someone who has a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

**Working side by side with our senior Leadership Team you will**:

- Lead from the front, ensuring your team understand what exceptional looks like everyday
- Have a strong focus on delivering high standards and exceptional product
- Be hands-on and operational
- Understand and own your financials. Be a numbers person and drive and challenge revenue driving opportunities
- Develop the skills of the staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relationships
- Managing day to day operations with kindness and passion

Pay: $32.25 - $40.00 per hour
