About the Role

We're seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape and implement our creative and product vision.

  • Oversee end-to-end design workflows, spanning platform and web experiences.
  • Leverage domain knowledge and adapt quickly to solve design challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Deliver: Oversee design solutions across brand, product environments, and client-facing proposals.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, research, and engineering teams to maintain a consistent narrative and holistic user experience.
  • Empower Brand Narrative: Translate complex ideas into engaging visuals and stories that reflect and amplify our evolving brand identity.
  • Manage & Scale: Establish design frameworks, streamline workflows, and manage vendor or partner relationships where needed.
  • Foster Design Culture: Mentor and guide the design team, championing operational excellence, user-centricity, and the strategic use of LLMs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record as a design leader, with 6+ years in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.
  • Adaptability and a curiosity for learning new domains quickly.
  • Exceptional written and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency at building processes that balance quality with pace in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to driving innovation.
