The Project Manager Position

As a mid-senior level project manager, you will:

  • Achieve trade or engineering qualifications (electrical or similar) and/or diplomas in project management.
  • Manage electrical utility projects successfully.
  • Show high proficiency with computers and relevant software.
  • Demonstrate superior communication skills to manage stakeholders upstream and downstream.

We are seeking a highly experienced project manager to oversee the safe, high-quality, cost-effective delivery of our electrical substation and BESS projects. As a senior team member, you will be responsible for managing dedicated delivery teams, collaborating with skilled engineers, construction managers, and technical staff.

Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing project delivery plans to manage and control projects, providing leadership and direction to achieve project objectives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of electrical utility projects and their associated risks and challenges.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as project management methodologies, risk management, and quality assurance.
