Project professionals are invited to apply for a Delivery Lead role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects or supporting the delivery of larger infrastructure and maintenance projects.

About the Role:

  • Experience in program preparation and budgeting for construction and maintenance engineering works, with a focus on road development and management.
  • Contract management skills, including documentation, tendering procedures, and contract administration.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules and budgets using systems such as Primavera P6, Excel, and SAP.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Manage project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues through proactive risk management strategies.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and internal service providers, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  4. Administer contracts, acting as the representative on selected agreements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering from an Australian University or equivalent overseas qualifications.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, contract administration, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Primavera P6, Excel, and SAP, with the ability to effectively use these systems to manage projects.
