About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, mentoring, coaching, and providing technical guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead a team of professionals, including mentoring, coaching, and providing technical guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Private Sector Approvals: Deliver private sector approvals with diversity of scale across a range of markets.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to support master planning, precinct planning, or regional planning outcomes.
- Infrastructure Planning: Utilize a strong appreciation of the role infrastructure plays in land use planning.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Reporting: Prepare reports to exceptional technical and editorial standards.
- Commercial Risk Management: Manage commercial risks and opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Improve or build key client relationships.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a minimum bachelor's degree in an appropriate field. You will have a proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills. You will also have a desire to deliver exceptional client experiences and a strong appreciation of the role infrastructure plays in land use planning.
Requirements
- Experience in NSW undertaking statutory and strategic planning.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in an appropriate field.
- Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong communicator and natural collaborator.
- Desire to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Current driver's license.
- Experience navigating DA's, SSD's, or undertaking strategic planning at precinct or development scale is highly regarded.
