Key Responsibilities- Lead moderate to large-scale projects as a Project Manager and provide oversight of multiple projects while developing the skills of others.
- Invest in long-term relationships with clients, improve the overall client experience, and generate repeat business.
- Work collaboratively across a wide range of projects and services within the organisation's diversified portfolios as part of multidisciplinary project teams.
- Liaise regularly with clients, understand their needs, deliver high-quality work, and manage small to large projects.
- Further develop consultancy and project management capabilities, enhance the ability to work with relevant policy and legislation, and address contemporary issues within the urban development industry.
- A Tertiary qualification in Planning or a related degree/discipline.
- 5 to 8+ years of urban planning experience within a professional services firm or state/local government.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with a flexible and positive attitude to working on a range of different projects concurrently.
- Sound working knowledge of the NSW planning framework.
- Well-versed communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients and other project team members.
- Excellent writing skills, who can draft efficiently, write accurate and comprehensive reports, and prepare external correspondence.
