We are seeking a Senior Designer with a passion for brand craftsmanship to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design projects from concept to delivery, focusing on brand creation and campaign development.
  • Create and evolve brand identities, style guides, campaign assets, websites, publications, signage and more.
  • Bring high-level craft and creativity to every brand project, building timeless visual identities while staying current with emerging design trends.
  • Work closely with account managers and strategists to analyze client briefs and deliver smart, effective creative solutions.
  • Presentation of ideas to clients with clarity and confidence is expected.
  • Mentorship and support of designers is essential, lifting the creative bar for everyone.
Requirements
  • Design experience in an agency or similar environment is required.
  • A portfolio showcasing ability to shape and elevate brands, demonstrating conceptual thinking, design craft and versatility across mediums is necessary.
  • A brand mindset, passionate about brand design, fluent in current and emerging trends, and understanding what makes an identity truly timeless is essential.
  • Skills in typography and/or illustration adding depth and character to work are beneficial.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or motion tools (After Effects etc.) are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate, present and build great team and client relationships are crucial.
  • A proactive, curious and positive approach thriving in fast-moving creative environments is necessary.
