Job Description:

The Night Shift Production Supervisor oversees frontline supervisory functions, responsible for safety protocols, corrective measures, employee relations, and performance reviews. This role ensures production demands are met while prioritizing quality, safety, and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage frontline operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address operational issues.
  • Maintain positive employee relations through open communication and conflict resolution.

Requirements:
