Job Title: Patient Flow CoordinatorAbout the Role:

This is a critical position within our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless patient flow and efficient delivery of care.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Patient Intake and Scheduling: Develop and implement effective strategies to streamline patient scheduling processes, minimizing wait times and improving overall efficiency.
  • Supervise Frontline Staff: Provide guidance and support to frontline staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with Clinicians: Work closely with clinicians to optimize patient flow and workflow, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Analyze Data: Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions, identify trends, and improve services.

Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: 5 years minimum experience as an Administrative Officer at a similar level.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding teams.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
