About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our projects, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement occupational health and safety requirements, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Coordinate and conduct pre-start and toolbox meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
  • Direct site resources and monitor production rates to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring clear responsibilities and expectations are established.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
