About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team at Shadforth Civil Contractors. As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors
  • Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
  • Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
  • Cost tracking and reporting to Project Manager
  • Quality Assurance documentation
  • Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
About You
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  • Previous experience working in Civil Construction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Problem solving skills
