Civil Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team at Civil Services Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Develop and implement project management systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  • Collaborate with project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
