Training Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.
- The ideal candidate will work with clients onsite, providing training and debriefing services to enhance their skills and well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement early intervention strategies to prevent mental health issues
- Facilitate workshops on resilience, wellbeing, de-escalation, and vicarious trauma
- Conduct team assessments and provide coaching to improve team cohesion and dynamics
- Manage client caseloads with diverse psychosocial needs, employee support, and manager guidance
Required Qualifications:
- Organisational Psychology degree, Psychology degree, or Rehabilitation Counsellor diploma
- Prior occupational rehabilitation experience is beneficial but not essential
- Provisional psychologists are welcome to apply
