3rdView is looking for Design Consultants to help our clients connect with the people who matter most - their customers, staff and community - to drive change and create value.
The role
As a Senior Design Consultant/ Design Consultant you'll work on a range of projects for clients and 3rdView. You'll draw on your HCD, facilitation, research, consulting and communication skills to explore different perspectives, lead conversations, and deliver impactful project outcomes.
The main pillars of your work will include
Consulting and project delivery: Engaging with clients to deliver human-centred transformation through research, human-centred co-design of customer and employee experiences (CX & EX), journey mapping, communication and change management activities
Facilitation: Facilitating (or co-facilitating) workshops, conversations and learning experiences
Business growth: Supporting the growth of 3rdView through marketing and communications activities, networking events, and building client relationships
You'll work in a variety of industries including health and human services, resources and utilities, banking and finance, and professional services in commercial, government or not-for-profit organisations. Some engagements will be large and complex, others will be concise. Every project will provide opportunities to learn and grow.
What you bring
You're passionate about people, organisations and human-centred change
To be successful you will bring demonstrated experience as a Consultant (2-4 years) or Senior Consultant (5+ years) and a desire to grow in the areas of:
Human-centred Design and customer research
Workshop and training facilitation (in-person and remote)
Business communication and change management
Consulting and project coordination
Business development and client engagement
You're likely to have business or design qualifications, and have demonstrated your commitment to ongoing professional development. You'll have a range of physical and digital tools in your toolbox, and the flexibility to apply these at 3rdView, and on client sites locally and elsewhere.
