With a team of over 400 professionals, Finance offers extensive opportunities for personal development, skill-building, and career advancement. You'll work alongside key business units, gaining insights into how our business operates and participating in strategic initiatives that drive business results.

As a Coles Group Graduate in Finance, you'll support the completion of a CA/CPA qualification throughout the program, setting you up for long-term success in your career.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or hold a permanent residency at the time of application
  • Have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program
