Immersive Innovation Leader

The Immersive Innovation Leader plays a pivotal role in driving the company's goal of achieving over 50% of total NSV growth from innovation. This involves developing and executing a market-leading pipeline of products in a defined category, partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions to fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a long-term innovation engine that efficiently converts creative ideas into commercialized products.
  • Foster cross-functional teams through formal processes to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams at various stages of development to identify opportunities, ideate, explore concepts, design, and commercialize innovative solutions.
  • Lead selective innovation and renovation projects for designated categories of brands.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ideate, scope, align, and design concepts.

  • Proven experience in brand management or commercially led functions.
  • Business Case oriented and project management skills.

  • High degree of personal accountability and follow-through.
