Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you'll work closely with our Development and Sales Teams to deliver ERP functionality to Local Government clients. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ERP functionality, including property, rating, compliance, and licensing, customer experience, and portals, to Local Government clients.
  • Work with ERP project teams for the end-to-end delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with Development on consulting engagements, including upgrades and small product enhancements.
  • Provide onsite and remote user testing support and training (Metro and Interstate).
  • Maintain documentation, such as release notes, user guides, and quick guides.
  • QA/Testing of applications.
Experience Required
  • Prior experience in working in local government systems is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Preferred experience using or implementing property and rating or local government compliance and licensing software.
  • Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, maintaining integrity at all times.
  • Understanding of the Government Sector would be beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record as an Implementation consultant.
