The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Development and Sales Teams to deliver ERP functionality, including property, rating, compliance, and licensing, to Local Government clients.
You'll be responsible for working with ERP project teams for the end-to-end delivery of solutions, collaborating with Development on Consulting engagements, including upgrades and small product enhancements, and providing onsite and remote user testing support and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering ERP functionality, including property, rating, compliance, and licensing, to Local Government clients
- Working with ERP project teams for the end-to-end delivery of solutions
- Collaborating with Development on Consulting engagements, including upgrades and small product enhancements
- Providing onsite and remote user testing support and training
Experience Required:
- Prior experience in working in local government systems is desirable but not mandatory
- Preferred experience using or implementing property and rating or local government compliance and licensing software
- Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, maintaining integrity at all times
- Understanding of the Government Sector would be of benefit but not mandatory
