About the Role

This role involves coordinating and producing a pipeline of quality content from across our global studios in a timely manner, working with a Marketing, Content & Communications team. The role ensures end-stage execution of communication initiatives across digital platforms, including websites, social media, EDMs and other channels.

As an experienced content creator, you are passionate about connecting with audiences across multiple platforms using images, videos and words. You are dedicated to engaging audiences and reaching the right people with the right stories. You maintain visual standards, tone of voice and a balanced content calendar for the region, working with the wider content and communications team.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus includes the following areas:

  • Paid Digital Media Management:
    • Experience in digital paid media – primarily LinkedIn, but may include SEM, Meta and Google Ads
    • Campaign development, planning, analytics & optimisation including AB testing.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute a steady stream of global digital content with regional content and communications leaders, including gathering content, idea concepting and execution – understanding design, digital video animation, colour theory, typography, composition and photo retouching.
    • Fluent in social analytics and constantly looking for ways to optimise content performance
    • Develop a digital content calendar in collaboration with the Global Marketing Director, Global Brand Manager, and Global Insights Leader. Ensure the content strategy aligns with campaign needs, prioritises key initiatives, and supports overall marketing objectives.
    • Fluent in social media management tools and advise on best practice.
    • Able to facilitate planned and impromptu social media best practice training for leadership group (and interested parties).
  • Website & SEO Management:
    • Manage website and CMS updates
    • Exceptional skills in A/B testing and customer journey mapping
    • Analytics: performance, recommendations for optimisation and reporting
  • General:
    • Drive global internal media efforts, including eDMs, podcast and video content development.
About You

You will have a natural aptitude for web, social media and digital design, pushing the creative envelope. Your experience should include digital content, video, motion, email marketing, and website curation.

Requirements
  • High level of experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Previous experience with social media content strategy and digital production experience in a fast-paced studio setting
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and UX is a bonus
  • Capable of carrying out graphic and web design tasks from ideation to production and execution
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and be organised and comfortable doing methodical work
  • Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills
  • Strong comprehensive understanding of best design practices across platforms
  • Understanding of creativity within social media
  • Understanding of grammar, and dedication to copy-editing on the go
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
