Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent client care for elderly Australians.
  • Managing and overseeing a high standard of care provided by our providers and staff.
  • Developing, monitoring, and reassessing care plans in consultation with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Managing and developing a team, including the Assistant Care Manager and support staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative and industry standards.
