Job Title: Yard Hand

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a high level of reliability and a strong ability to maintain effective relationships with management and other staff members.

  • Maintaining a safe working environment by exercising caution and reporting any hazardous conditions or acts is essential for this position.
  • Key responsibilities include washing plastic and steel bins using pressure washers, preparing bins for delivery to customers, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to operate basic hand tools and have a valid Forklift license.
  • They must also be able to follow assigned directions to ensure smooth bin management and maintain the site yard(s) to a standard of cleanliness and organization.

As a Yard Hand, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This ongoing position requires a Monday to Friday commitment with potential for permanence after a successful trial period.
