About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the facilities team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of our facilities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring that all expenses are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and initiatives to improve our operations and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior facilities management role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
