About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Coles Liquorland. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering their queries, and offering product recommendations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, including our range of local and imported beverages.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Meet the requirements of the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and ensure that all customers are served in a responsible and safe manner.

About You

  • You have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and a passion for working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You are knowledgeable about beverages and have a keen eye for detail.
  • You are able to work effectively as part of a team and are comfortable with moderate to heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time.
  • You hold a current RSA certification and are willing to continue your education and training to meet the needs of the business.
