About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Coles Liquorland. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering their queries, and offering product recommendations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Be knowledgeable about our products and services, including our range of local and imported beverages.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving and stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Meet the requirements of the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and ensure that all customers are served in a responsible and safe manner.
About You
- You have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and a passion for working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- You are knowledgeable about beverages and have a keen eye for detail.
- You are able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- You are able to lift moderate to heavy loads (up to 17kg) and stand for long periods of time.
- You hold a current RSA certification.
